Our architectural fees typically average between 7% and 10% of construction costs depending on the scope and level of service.

We offer comprehensive design services including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. We also offer a unique design counseling service which includes the completion of a quick feasibility study on scope, including sketches, on site with the homeowner.

Once the schematic design is set, we use our vast digital technology experience to realize the project vision through well detailed, construction quality, CAD drawings, and realistic 3D rendering models. We have the pertinent experience required for all phases of the project including project management, bidding and negotiation, and cost control. We also have clear scope control document methods and quality on-time schedule procedures.

With our valuable engineering experience, and license, we can also directly work out the required sitework and structural details of the project as it proceeds through approvals.
